Leslie Smith has joined Glyphic Technology as their first Chief Operating Officer.

As part of Glyphic's planned growth, we have hired Leslie Smith to be our new Chief Operating Office. Hear in her own words what's in store:

You have known Glyphic Technology since 1992 as a small consulting firm that excels in software design: exacting architects, imaginative people, singular engineers. As with all companies, the object is to grow and prosper. Now is the time for substantial growth - and if the execution is done well, prosperity will follow. The cornerstone of our growth is reinforcing and continuing what we do well: bringing architectural integrity to new product design and product family extensions. Over the next few months we will be adding team leaders, engineers and staff who are creative, independent thinkers - people who are committed to the quality of the product we deliver. Our engineering teams will be large enough to get the job done, but small enough to remain flexible and non-bureaucratic.

As Chief Operating Officer it is my job to ensure Glyphic grows while maintaining quality and creativity. To this end, you'll see some changes! We are currently in the process of updating our web site to better showcase our accomplishments and talents. The call is going out for talented engineers and team leaders who have the ability to work on a wide range of design and development projects using various languages and platforms. Customers who want high quality design services and understand the value of long-range planning are being sought. All in all, it's an exciting time here at Glyphic Technology!
